A practical voluntary offering for New York workplaces

Everyday Value Employees Can Actually Use.

Armour gives employees the option to purchase discount memberships built around expenses they already have—fuel, groceries, household needs, everyday spending, and pet care. Employees submit receipts under their selected plan and Armour pays the applicable discount directly to the member.

Armour memberships are voluntary and are not insurance. Employer and employee results vary; Armour does not guarantee participation, recruiting, retention, morale, productivity, or savings outcomes. Armour memberships are offered independently and are not contingent upon participating in any other product, program, or service.

A useful addition to the workplace

Reasons An Employer May Want To Offer Armour

Armour is designed to complement—not replace—an employer’s existing compensation and benefits strategy.

Recruiting Differentiation

A voluntary discount program can give candidates another practical reason to take a closer look at the organization. It may help an employer describe a broader employee-value package without promising a particular hiring result.

Retention Support

Employees often value choices connected to recurring household spending. Adding another voluntary option may support an employer’s broader retention efforts, although Armour does not guarantee retention or participation.

Everyday Relevance

Plan categories address purchases households make daily, including fuel, groceries, household essentials, services, and pet care. Employees choose the plans that best fit their needs.

Voluntary Employee Choice

Enrollment is never required. Employees personally review the plans, select any plan they want, accept the controlling terms, and complete their own signature and payment authorization.

Digital Account Setup

The employer account, agreement, employee profiles, supervised enrollment status, and required records can be handled electronically, helping reduce paper and simplify follow-up.

Armour-Administered Service

Armour maintains membership records, receives receipt submissions, reviews redemptions, communicates decisions, pays discounts, and handles member service and cancellation requests.
