1. Scope and Separate Agreements
Armour Life Solutions LLC (“Armour,” “we,” or “us”) provides the Armour website, Armour Sync enrollment tools, member and employer account tools, representative tools, and administrator-operated accounting connection (together, the “Platform”). This End-User License Agreement describes the conditions on which Armour makes the Platform available to individuals using it for themselves or with authority for a business.
Please review these terms before using an account or starting a transaction. Where an affirmative acceptance is required, it must be requested and recorded separately; merely publishing or viewing this page does not record your acceptance, enroll you, or amend an existing signed agreement. Contact Armour if you cannot agree to a condition or need another way to access records or exercise an existing right.
The Platform supports paid discount memberships; those memberships are not insurance. Your selected plan’s full terms, discount schedule, signed enrollment record, and payment or payroll authorization govern membership fees, renewal, eligibility, discounts, cancellation, and refunds. A separately signed employer or representative agreement governs that relationship. Those specific agreements and rights that cannot legally be waived take priority over an inconsistent provision here. This software-use agreement alone creates no additional subscription, fee, payroll deduction, or bank-debit authorization.
2. Limited License and Permitted Use
Subject to these terms and the permissions granted to your account, Armour grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the hosted Platform for your own membership or authorized business activities. You may view, download, and retain documents made available to you for those purposes. This is permission to use the Platform, not a sale of its software or a transfer of ownership.
Armour and its licensors retain their rights in the software, design, and other protected materials. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. No permission to market Armour, enroll another person, or use sales materials is granted merely by creating an account or using this site; representative authorization requires Armour’s separate approval and signed agreement.
3. Accounts, Identity, and Authority
Provide accurate information, protect passwords and private links, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Use only accounts and records you are entitled to access. An individual entering an agreement must have legal capacity; an individual acting for a business must have authority for the specific action. Membership eligibility remains governed by the selected plan and enrollment requirements.
Employers and representatives must not enter another person’s identity-verification code, accept personal terms, authorize a payment, or sign for that person unless a separately approved and lawful process expressly permits it. An employer account, employee roster, or invitation does not enroll anyone. Each employee’s decision and any required authorization must be obtained through the applicable process.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not submit false or altered records, impersonate another person, bypass access or payment controls, disclose another person’s private information without authority, introduce harmful software, or interfere with the Platform. Do not scrape private account data, resell access, remove proprietary notices, or copy or reverse-engineer protected software except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Report a suspected vulnerability to Armour without accessing unrelated records or disrupting service. Nothing in these terms prevents a lawful complaint, honest review, protected disclosure, or report to a regulator or law-enforcement agency.
5. Your Records and Content
You retain your rights in information and documents you submit. You give Armour permission to receive, store, reproduce, review, and transmit them only as reasonably needed to provide the requested Platform and membership functions, maintain required records, and perform the activities described in the Privacy Policy. This permission is not a sale of your personal information or permission for unrelated marketing uses of your records.
Submit only information you are authorized to provide and redact unrelated sensitive information where appropriate. Keep copies of important documents made available to you. Armour remains responsible for its own recordkeeping duties; this request does not transfer those duties to you. Report an apparent discrepancy rather than attempting to edit a historical signed record.
6. QuickBooks Connection and Payment Processing
Payment services are provided by Intuit Payments Inc. for membership-fee payments and employer remittances made through QuickBooks Payments. Armour Life Solutions LLC provides the memberships and is responsible for discount decisions and discount payments; Intuit does not provide or guarantee those memberships or discounts.
Armour uses QuickBooks Online to support its accounting and authorized membership billing. Only an authorized Armour administrator may initiate the company connection, and a person with the required Intuit company authority must approve the permissions on Intuit’s authorization screen. The connection is to the company selected for Armour’s billing administration. Ordinary member or employer enrollment does not connect that person’s separate QuickBooks company or grant access to Armour’s accounting records.
When authorized, the connection can exchange company and customer references, billing contact information, service-item details, invoice and recurring-schedule records, payment status, and related transaction information needed to administer billing and reconcile records. The QuickBooks section of the Privacy Policy describes this exchange. Accounting permissions may allow writes as well as reads; do not authorize a company connection unless you have authority to permit the requested access and actions.
Connecting QuickBooks, creating an invoice, or signing these Platform terms does not authorize a bank withdrawal or establish recurring Autopay. The payer must separately complete the applicable payment provider’s authorization. Employer payroll deductions also require the employee’s separate lawful authorization. Enter bank details only through the designated secure payment-provider process, not in general Armour receipt or support forms.
QuickBooks, Intuit, and other providers operate their own services under their own terms and privacy notices. Armour is responsible for its Platform and support; it is not Intuit and does not process data on Intuit’s behalf. A connection does not mean that Intuit endorses Armour or guarantees memberships or savings. Third-party availability and transaction status do not replace the payment-verification and eligibility requirements in your signed plan terms.
7. Disconnecting the Integration and Cancelling Services
A company administrator with the required Intuit permissions can revoke the connection through QuickBooks’ connected-app controls. An authorized Armour administrator can also select Admin → QuickBooks → Disconnect after reviewing the on-screen warning. That action requests revocation from Intuit and removes Armour’s saved access and refresh tokens. If Intuit cannot confirm revocation, Armour reports that the provider-side authorization must still be revoked through Intuit’s connected-app controls. Automatic API activity remains paused until an authorized administrator reconnects the appropriate company.
Disconnecting accounting access does not by itself cancel a membership, revoke a payer’s separate Autopay authorization, or stop recurring templates already held by the provider. Use the applicable provider controls for payment authorization and the membership cancellation process for membership cancellation. Contact Armour promptly when coordination is needed; a cancellation request is not conditioned on agreeing to these Platform terms.
Disconnection does not erase historical signed or financial records. Data access, withdrawal of authorization, retention, and deletion requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy. You may stop using the Platform, but separately accepted obligations and rights are resolved under their own agreements and applicable law.
8. Privacy, Security, and Communications
The Privacy Policy / Member Privacy and Data Security Notice explains Armour’s information handling, provider relationships, and available request methods. It is a notice about those practices, not blanket consent to any processing that requires a separate choice or authorization.
Keep your contact information current so requested verification messages, account notices, and documents can reach you. Electronic-record and signature consents, where required, are provided through the applicable workflow. Using this page does not automatically opt you into marketing or waive a right to receive a required notice or record in another available form.
9. Availability and Access Restrictions
Maintenance, outages, security events, and third-party service changes may affect availability. Armour does not promise uninterrupted or error-free software access. Contact support promptly if a technical problem affects a required action, receipt submission, payment record, or cancellation request. Available alternative contact methods and applicable deadlines remain governed by the relevant agreement and law.
Armour may restrict access reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect information, comply with law, or enforce account permissions. Where appropriate, Armour will explain the restriction and available next steps. An access restriction does not extinguish accrued discounts, refund rights, access rights to required records, or the ability to submit a valid cancellation request by another accepted method.
10. Responsibilities and Rights That Remain Protected
The Platform is an administrative tool, not professional tax, legal, financial, or insurance advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information and actions within your authority; Armour remains responsible for its own obligations. An employer remains responsible for its lawful payroll process, and a representative remains responsible for complying with the representative agreement.
Except for express commitments and protections required by law or another applicable agreement, software access is provided as available, without a promise of suitability for an unstated purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or any duty, remedy, or warranty that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms add no mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, fixed damages cap, or blanket “no refunds” rule.
11. Changes, Applicable Law, and Interpretation
Updates to these Platform terms apply prospectively. Armour will identify the revised version, provide notice of material changes, and obtain affirmative agreement where required. A new public page does not retroactively change a signed membership, employer, representative, or payment agreement. An expanded privacy notice does not authorize a materially different use of previously collected information without any required notice or consent.
New York law governs to the extent permitted, without displacing applicable federal law or rights that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. These terms do not impose an exclusive court location, shorten a statutory claim period, or prevent use of a competent small-claims court or regulator. Specific signed agreements remain controlling for their subject matter.
12. Contact and Assistance
For Platform support, account-access concerns, a copy of these terms, or help exercising an existing right, contact Armour Life Solutions LLC at support@armourlife.us or write to P.O. Box 43, Annsville, NY 13308. See the Accessibility page for help with using the website.
Do not email passwords, identity-verification codes, QuickBooks connection secrets, or full bank-account details. Armour may need to verify your identity or business authority before releasing records or changing access. You can use your browser’s print function to retain this page.
