Assisted Enrollment Meet with an Armour representative An Armour representative comes in at no cost to the business to explain the available plans to employees either in a group or individual setting. The representative then conducts an individual session with each and every employee to review available plans and pricing and decide whether to enroll or decline for the year. Self Enrollment Each employee receives a personal link You upload a complete employee list (names and email addresses only). Each employee receives a private link to the Armour Sync Enrollment Platform to review plan options, pricing, and decide whether to enroll or decline for the year. The enrollment window starts when your employer agreement is signed and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your Plan Effective Date. Each employee must complete their private session prior to the end of that window.

Payroll DeductionArmour will provide you with the employees’ signed election forms after enrollment. The employer administers deductions under its own payroll procedures and is responsible for implementing deductions into payroll, remitting those deductions to Armour, and determining legal permissibility, retaining records, stopping deductions when required, etc. After enrollment, you’ll receive a secure link to setup the recurring payment for employee deductions. Member Direct PayEmployees pay and contract with Armour directly. The employer does not deduct wages, receive payment information, or remit membership fees. Employees will setup their recurring payments directly with Armour at enrollment.
