Membership Terms

These website terms summarize the controlling rules used in New York online and employer-hosted enrollment. The transaction-specific signed enrollment record and selected plan terms control the member's actual enrollment.

Nature of the program

Armour Life Solutions LLC provides paid discount memberships. Armour is not an insurance company, and the memberships are not insurance, investments, savings accounts, or employer-sponsored benefits. Members make eligible purchases, submit receipts to Armour, and receive discount amounts after review under the selected plan's terms.

Term, payment, and cancellation

The Initial Term is 52 weeks. Members separately authorize recurring payment through a secure third-party payment process or another accepted method. Members may cancel at any time. Future recurring charges stop no later than the paid-through date. An applicable Early Termination Charge may be separately invoiced during the Initial Term only as disclosed and supported; it does not delay cancellation. After week 52, membership continues month-to-month until cancelled, with no Early Termination Charge.

Receipt and discount rules

Purchases may qualify after the 30-day waiting period, which begins on the date Armour verifies the first successful membership payment. Receipts must be for the member's household, paid from household funds, and received during the same calendar month as the purchase. Altered, duplicated, returned, refunded, unpaid, resale, traded, or misleading submissions may be denied. Armour may request verification. Calculations for eligible submissions are capped at the eligible net purchase and truncated to two decimal places without rounding up.

Gas and motor fuel: Gasoline, diesel, and other motor fuel purchased and paid for by the member or a member of the member's household may qualify under plans that include Gas. The fuel may be used in a personal, household, or work vehicle; no fuel-type or vehicle-use restriction applies.

Plans

Member-favorable service principle

When a genuine ambiguity or discrepancy remains after reasonable review, the written terms permit more than one reasonable result, and there is no fraud concern, Armour's internal policy is to resolve the matter in the member's favor when reasonably possible and document the reason. This policy does not authorize staff to ignore unambiguous plan limits or applicable law.

Complete transaction record

The signed Enrollment Summary, selected plan schedule, plan-specific limitations, recurring-payment authorization, continuous-service consent, electronic-record consent, privacy notice, and signature evidence form the complete enrollment record. Website summaries do not replace the signed transaction-specific record.
