Member Privacy and Data Security

How Armour handles enrollment, payment-reference, receipt, redemption, communication, and financial-administration records.

Information collected

Armour may collect identity and contact information, New York eligibility information, employer or enrollment-channel association, selected plans, consent and signature records, payment-provider references and payment status, receipt images and purchase details, redemption decisions, check records, communications, device and security records, and cancellation requests. Armour does not ask members to place bank credentials in receipt or support forms.

Uses

Information is used to establish and service memberships, verify eligibility, administer payments and cancellations, evaluate and pay discounts, prevent fraud, maintain financial and compliance records, provide support, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be shared with payment, hosting, email, document-storage, security, professional, postal, banking, and legal service providers to the extent reasonably necessary. Armour does not sell member personal information.

Security and retention

Armour uses role-based access, private file storage, encryption in transit, password hashing, audit logs, backups, upload controls, and incident-response procedures. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for membership service, financial records, disputes, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and secure backup cycles.
