No login, reason, telephone call, or Early Termination Charge payment is required to submit a cancellation.

What happens next

  • Your request is time-stamped when received.
  • A confirmation code appears immediately and is emailed when mail delivery succeeds.
  • Future recurring charges are stopped as promptly as possible.
  • Plan access ends on the paid-through date.
  • Any applicable Early Termination Charge is handled separately and does not delay cancellation.
